1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our personal care and intimate hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

A return request will only be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is missing from your order.
  • The product is received in a leaking or tampered condition.

2. Return Request Timeline

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please share:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.


3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, subject to availability.
  • If a replacement is not possible, the eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products purchased during special promotional offers, unless received damaged or incorrect

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.


7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the error occurred on our part, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
